Twice the Magical Fireworks at Dubai Festival City on the first day of Eid

Dubai, UAE, 22 Aug 2017: This Eid Al Adha, shoppers at Dubai Festival City Mall can expect an action packed calendar of activities taking place throughout the week in celebration.

The first day of Eid, will be marked with a spectacular musical fireworks display across Festival Bay. As an exciting addition to the schedule of events, shoppers can interact and take pictures with their favourite cartoon and clown characters roaming through the Mall.

For guests looking for some home inspiration during the Eid holiday, Dubai Festival City Mall will also be home to the IKEA ‘make room for life’ installation. In spirit of the year of giving, visit the ‘UN Refugees Need for Eid’ interactive installation to learn more about those in need and how you can support the cause and raise awareness.

UN REFUGEES NEED FOR EID	22nd – 24th August	Dubai Festival City is working with the UN REFUGEE need for EID. The pop-up includes an interactive screen for the sign up on voices for refugees’ portal. Located in IKEA Zone during mall operating hours.
ROAMING ENTERTAINMENT	1st – 3rd September	Throughout the EID weekend, roaming entertainment of clowns and characters will roam around the mall to spread joy and take pictures.
IKEA CATALOGUE – ‘MAKE ROOM FOR LIFE’ POP UP	21st August – 9th September	IKEA is showcasing its 2018 catalogue theme ‘make room for life’ by highlighting four room designs in an interactive, unique pop-up space at Dubai Festival City Mall’s Festival Square. From 1 -9 September each day between 1pm and 9pm - you can take home an exclusive copy of the new catalogue with you on the front cover!
