The Outlet Village Celebrates Eid Al-Fitr and DSS with Fun-Filled Entertainment for all the Family

Dubai – United Arab Emirates, 22 June 2017: The Outlet Village, Dubai’s premiere outlet shopping destination, has announced a spectacular line up of family entertainment to celebrate Eid Al-Fitr and Dubai Summer Surprises, as the city gears up for a feel-good summer season.

Dubai Summer Surprises comes with whopping savings and visitors to The Outlet Village won’t be disappointed by the epic discounts that await them this year. Hundreds of fashion, sports, home and other brands will be even more appealing as retailers participate in the 20th Edition of Dubai’s favourite retail festival. But the fun doesn’t end there, and it’s not just for grown-ups.

The Outlet Village, which is themed after the Italian hill towns of Tuscany, is being transformed into a classic fairy tale with no piazza untouched or stone unturned. Adorned with the sights and smells of an Italian village, shoppers will be able to get their fix among stunning sunflower fields, hot air balloons and giant fluffy clouds carrying them to the heart of the countryside. 

For those with young ones, guests will be able to head to the mini funfair where the kids will be able to release their energy with some foosball, mini golf or bowling in the food court piazza. Alternatively, sign them up to one of the arts and crafts, painting and drawing workshops taking place and watch them create a masterpiece or personalised wooden spoons. Little ones will also be able to make flower crowns and head bands while you shop until your heart’s content. 

Kids can also enjoy decorated their own pizzas, cupcakes and cookies under the watchful eye of the lovable Chef Peperoni! Families can also grab a bean bag and get comfy together in the air-conditioned destination and watch their childhood favourites, with daily performances from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, and a ballerina show.

Roaming entertainment, street musicians, balloon benders and face painting artists will be on hand to bring the magical scene to life. Parents can ensure that their children have a blast at the ‘Stay and Play’ kids area and enjoy traditional storytelling, puppet shows, bubble making and an extraordinary magic show, with adults free to explore more of the brands they love.

Located just off Sheikh Zayed Road, near to Dubai Parks and Resorts and Qasr Al Sultan, all visitors will be in with a chance of winning a classic Italian Vespa each week through a fantastic spend and win competition. During the month of July, each purchase over AED200 will be automatically entered into a prize draw, with the winners driving away in a brand-new Vespa! 

Opening hours: Sunday to Wednesday: 10am to 10pm.  Thursday to Saturday: 10am to Midnight. Opening hours are extended throughout the week during key festivals and key city and regional holidays.
