6th June 2017, Dubai, UAE: As the Indian Property Show, Dubai’s popular Indian real-estate exhibition, returns to Dubai on 8th, 9th and 10th of June, NRIs can look forward to exciting deals, discounts, on the spot offers and lock in their investment in real estate back home. The exhibition, which will be held at Hall 6, Dubai World Trade Centre, will feature developers from across India who will be showcasing properties to suit every budget and requirement. Alongside the property showcase and providing a platform for buyers and developers to come face to face, the organizers of the event have taken special measures to educate NRIs on the nuances of property buying. The exhibition will be open from 3pm to 12 midnight, with free entry and facility for free parking.
Senior advocates and respected legal experts from India will be conducting free to attend, interactive and educative seminars guiding the buyers on affordable housing, legalities of property investment, owner’s rights, risk litigation, RERA, taxations, due diligence, high growth cities in India and Vaastu. Visitors can also benefit from free legal advice relating to existing properties, new purchases and tenancy laws.
“Educating buyers on the various aspects of Indian realty has been an integral part of our exhibition and by bringing the most respected and renowned lawyers and real estate experts on board; we are trying to bridge the information gap while giving buyers direct access to the best in the industry”, said R. Srividya, General Manager- Corporate Sales & Brand Engagement, Indian Property Show at Sumansa Exhibitions.
Seminars by Ashwinder Raj Singh, CEO- Residential Services JLL India will provide NRI guide to property investment in India, investment hotspots, the dos and don’ts of investments in Indian real estate, Real estate outlook for 2017 and trends , checklist for NRI investors and a special session on how infrastructure status to affordable housingwillboost real estate markets in India.
On the other hand, Vaastu and Interior seminars by Dr. Padmaja Yadav will provide quick tips on buying Vaastu compliant properties for increased health, wealth and harmony.

This aggressive change in the real estate is an invitation to the glorious era of real estate in India. More formalized, more secured and transparent. We felt it’s our duty to update the buyers on the new developments and help them make an informed decision”, added Srividya.
The bi-annual Indian Property Show has garnered respect and trust among the NRI community in the UAE for its cohesive platform that provides comprehensive information and assistance vis-à-vis Indian real-estate. Now in its 20th edition, the exhibition is one of the most-awaited property events on the Indian expats’ calendar.
