Danube Properties Redefines Affordable Housing with ‘Bayz'

Dubai, 14 May, 2017:  Danube Properties, Dubai’s pioneers in affordable housing, has launched a new project called Bayz in Dubai’s upcoming Business Bay neighborhood. The announcement of the AED 450 million project was made at a press conference, which was addressed by Rizwan Sajan, Chairman and Founder of Danube Group in the presence of senior management as well as the media.

The 29-storey Bayz tower comprises of 456 apartment units with magnificent views of the iconic Burj Khalifa and other structures such as the Marriott Marquee, the Dubai Canal, among others. With this project Danube Properties will offer the lowest price in the Business Bay area and continue with their famous 1 percent payment plan, starting at AED 6490 per month.
