Dubai-UAE: 13 May, 2017: axs, the smart gateway for integrated government and corporate services launched by TECOM Group, was recognised as the best government services provider at the third International Business Excellence (IBX) Awards, held last week at Jumeirah Beach Hotel in Dubai.
Dr Ayoub Kazim, Managing Director of axs, said: “Driven by the UAE Vision 2021, public and private organisations across the nation are leading the digital transformation, searching for synergies, and using data analytics to enhance performances and efficiencies. We are pleased to accept the award that is testament to our mission of spearheading business innovation and excellence in customer service.”
A first-of-its-kind digital platform, axs provides seamless access to over 200 government and corporate support services under one umbrella to over 5,100 companies operating within TECOM Group.
axs is also accessible through two smart centres hosting Emirates Post Group, Dubai Customs, Dubai Department of Economic Development, Dubai Health Authority, General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai, Emirates Identity Authority and the Ministry of Health, further enhancing the customer journey and experience.
