Al Qudra Showcases Authentic and Modern Future Projects at Cityscape Abu Dhabi 2017

Abu Dhabi, 19 April 2017: Al Qudra Real Estate, the real estate investment arm of Al Qudra Holding will be showcasing authentic and modern future projects including the Traditional Souq project in Abu Dhabi, Barari Ain Al Fayda project and Kasr Al Bahr Hotel in Rabat, Morocco, at Cityscape Abu Dhabi 2017. Held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, the exhibition will run from 18 to 20 April 2017 at Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC) bringing together local, regional and international real estate specialists under one roof.

The Traditional Souq project enjoys several unique features, including its carefully selected location and its cultural and commercial aspects. The project is strategically located in Bain Al Jessrain area, with uninterrupted views of the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque. The Souq will span over 245,000 square meters and will include a number of commercial, cultural and entertainment centers, including the covered market, a theater and arts center and an educational center for all ages as well as restaurants, a hotel, a chalet complex, and a tourist walk.
Barari Ain Al Fayda Development will offer a balanced lifestyle through areas dedicated for walking, entertainment, and sports. The project is located at the foothill of Jebel Hafeet, comprising 2,550 residential units - single and twin villas - consisting of 5 and 6 bedrooms and spanning a total area of 752 sq. m. The villas will enjoy traditional, modern and Mediterranean designs and the project is being developed in line with Estidama principles to foster a sustainable and energy efficient community.
Al Qudra Holding, through one of its subsidiaries, intends to revitalize Marie Feuillet Hospital transforming it into Kasr Al Bahr, a unique 5-star hotel palace, full of history and imprinted with touches of modernity. This prestigious hotel, which will be managed by the famous luxury hotel chain Four Seasons, will have the rare opportunity to receive up to 4 heads of state at the same time thanks to its variety of royal and presidential suites.
