Xylem Opens New Office in Saudi Arabia

Dubai, UAE/Saudi Arabia, 9th April 2017 – Xylem Inc. (NYSE: XYL), a leading global water technology company, today announced the opening of a new office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The new office is part of Xylem’s $35 million investment in the Middle East North Africa region, which includes additional resources to help provide localized products, services and capabilities in key markets throughout the region.
“The opening of our Saudi Arabia office is an important milestone for our regional investment and supports our long-term strategy of providing sustainable water technology solutions to help solve the region’s water challenges. The new office enables us to be closer to our customers and develop smarter, bespoke solutions that fit their unique needs, which also allows us to increase our capabilities.” said Vincent Chirouze, regional director, Xylem Middle East and Africa. “The new Saudi Arabia office extends our legacy of providing the same high-quality service and products our partners and customers have come to expect from Xylem.”
In addition to the Saudi Arabia office, as part of its growth plan, Xylem has invested in several facilities across the region, including a manufacturing plant and rental and services business in Dubai, as well as an office in Doha, Qatar. Xylem inaugurated its manufacturing plant and rental and services business in October 2016.
