Imdaad conferred with ‘Mark of Excellence' recognition at The Middle East HR Excellence Awards 2016

November 28, 2016– Imdaad, a leading provider of integrated facilities management solutions in the GCC, has bagged the ‘Mark of Excellence’ award under Innovation in Learning and Development category of The Middle East HR Excellence Awards 2016. The latest recognition is yet another milestone in the company’s successful and relentless pursuit of innovative efforts, including implementation of outstanding people management and human capital strategies.
Imdaad said that the honor also reflects its exceptional work and unwavering commitment to excellence and innovation in line with the UAE Government’s efforts to elevate its global positioning and improve its international competitiveness. Innovation, in particular, has been fundamental to the government’s strategic move to catapult the UAE into the ranks of the world’s most prosperous nations.

Imdaad has implemented numerous comprehensive innovative strategies across its various operations in response to the UAE Government’s growth agenda. In the HR department, in particular, Imdaad’s approach includes regular manpower training to improve its employees’ technological skills and help maintain their focus on quality, efficiency and outstanding delivery of services. Additionally, the company ensures that its employees have a holistic understanding of total facilities management to enable them to provide innovative and value-added services to the clients. Key programs have also been put in place to make sure that all staff are aligned with the organization’s core corporate values of ‘People,’ ‘Service,’ and ‘Making a difference.’
Conforming to Dubai Plan 2021 to reinforce and develop capabilities of people to ensure the emirate’s further progress and growth, Imdaad also organized its first-ever high potential program called TATWIR (‘Development’). This uniquely designed initiative seeks to identify, develop and retain high-potential talents within the organization to drive forward its vision and strategies. Lastly, Imdaad’s ‘Elham’ management training program was developed to recruit and train its Emirati employees. The program illustrates the company’s keenness to help realize the goals of UAE Vision 2021, specifically in terms of enhancing the competencies of all UAE citizens.
