October 30, 2016. Dubai, UAE- Milaha announced its participation in Seatrade Maritime Middle East, the leading marketplace for the region’s marine industry, which will take place from October 31 to November 2, 2016 at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Center. The event is an opportunity for Milaha to network with over 7,000 industry experts and stakeholders, and showcase its growing footprint and its diverse portfolio of maritime and logistics businesses.
In addition to its exhibition stand on slot D7, Milaha’s President and CEO Mr. Abdulrahman Essa Al-Mannai will participate in a panel of industry leaders that will discuss industry challenges and the regional economic outlook in a low oil price environment.
Commenting on Milaha’s participation at Seatrade Maritime Middle East, Mr. Al-Mannai said: “We are excited to be taking part in yet another Seatrade Maritime Middle East event. This is an excellent opportunity for us to meet industry leaders, decision makers, and stakeholders to brainstorm on key issues that are currently relevant to the maritime industry in the region and the world. Today’s uncertain global economic environment has created challenges for all maritime sectors which means that now is the time for all of us to rethink the way we do business. We also look forward to sharing Milaha’s success story, which continues despite the market challenges.”
Seatrade Maritime Middle East will be held under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council. Launched in 2003, the biennial event is now in its 8th year, having firmly established itself as an industry platform to conduct business, launch new products and services, and explore fresh networking opportunities.
