Fazza Championships department of Hamdan bin Mohammed Heritage Center Participates for the Third Year in a Row in the Abu Dhabi International Hunting and Equestrian Exhibition

Dubai, UAE, September 22, 2016: Fazza Championships department of Hamdan bin Mohammed Heritage Center (HHC) has announced its participation in the fourteenth edition of the International Hunting and Equestrian Exhibition - Abu Dhabi from 4th to 8th October, which is held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Ruler's Representative in the Western Region of Abu Dhabi, and Chairman of the Emirates Falconers Club. The exhibition will provide an excellent opportunity to view the latest and most important fishing and equestrian equipment, alongside sea sports and hunting equipment, as well as providing an important platform for trade and cultural exchange.
Fazza Championships department will feature at the event for the third year in a row, to reflect its mission of spreading awareness about the importance of annual heritage and sports tournaments, conducted with the support of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai.
Souad Ibrahim Darwish, Director of Championships at Hamdan bin Mohammed Heritage Center expressed her appreciation for the efforts of all organisers towards establishing this specialised exhibition that outlines the real heritage and civilisation of the UAE, saying: “The exhibition is an ideal destination for all hunting and equestrian specialists, as well as associations focused upon preserving popular regional traditions. Fazza championships department’s participation over the past two years has demonstrated HHC’s importance in enhancing the country’s heritage, especially amongst the young generation.”
Souad added: “Through the establishment of sporting events and competitions, Fazza Championships have managed to attract developing and established sporting talent from across all GCC countries and further afield in heritage sports. For this occasion, the department of championships will provide
valuable prizes through a special daily programme broadcasted on Al Oula radio station, starting from the first day of the exhibition.
The Aloula radio contests
Al Oula radio station which is owned by Hamdan Bin Mohammed Heritage Center has announced the launch of its daily competitions program in Fazza Championships’ department pavilion at the Abu Dhabi International Hunting and Equestrian Exhibition. These competitions will generate interaction amongst visitors and participants.
Al Oula Radio is keen to highlight all heritage related events in addition to local tournaments, which reflects its vision to support Emirati heritage.
