New Authentic Flavours Coming For The First Time To Global Village In The 21st Season

Dubai, UAE, 19th September, 2016:  Global Village, Dubai’s leading multicultural festival park, will introduce a range of exciting new flavours and authentic tastes to guests during its forthcoming 21st season opening November 1st.

Fantastic dining experiences have always been at the heart of the park’s international attraction for families and guests around the world, and this season introduces spectacular new flavours from South Africa, Turkey and China among other culinary delights.

Global Village will offer 25 restaurants this season that will include three brand new food concepts for the 21st season. These are in addition to the usual array of casual dining and food kiosks that are available to guests at locations all over the park. 

Galito’s Grilled Chicken
Galito's is one of the most popular and best tasting flame grilled chicken restaurants in the world that originated in South Africa. 

Galito's highly distinctive flavours are created using a traditional marinade made from a specially selected blend and mix of natural herbs and spices. Today with nearly 90 restaurants in operation across the world, Galito’s Grilled Chicken most popular dish remains its world famous slow-marinade chicken which is marinated for at least 24 hours before being flame grilled to perfection. This creates an authentic, juicy taste to the varied chicken options on the menu. 

The new outlet will also offer  its own unique marinade sauce which is a ‘Galito’s’ special and all meals are cooked ‘made-to-order’ ensuring their freshness at all times. 

Istanbul Flower
Already voted as the ‘Best Turkish Restaurant’ in Dubai, the Istanbul Flower will bring its traditional Iskandari kebabs and other authentic dishes to Global Village from the 1st November. 

It has been voted the “Best Turkish Restaurant” in Dubai and has been in the city for 15 years helping it to become one of the “go-to” places for residents and tourists looking for an authentic taste of Turkish cuisine.

Known for its succulent Turkish koftes (flattened meat balls), manti (Turkish dumplings) and doner kebabs, Istanbul Flower will also be offering its famous pilav (rice filled with herbs and spices) and mucver (zucchini dish).

Wok in a Box 
One of the most popular eating attractions at Global Village is its street dining offer and this season Wok in a Box is the latest addition to the parks’ growing array of popular street food sensations from around the world. 

For the guests who love the tastes of the east, the new outlet will provide a fabulous mix of Asian dishes that will range from Chinese dim sums (dumplings) and spring rolls, to delicious stir-fry’s and fried rice options, Wok in a Box also offers Bento boxes and Thai curries. Wok in a Box brings together Chinese, Thai and Japanese food. There is something for every Asian food enthusiast at this exciting new outlet.
