Emirates Post Group conducts brainstorming session on innovation

Focus on employees’ happiness

Dubai, UAE, June 16, 2016: 
Emirates Post Group hosted a brainstorming session on Government Innovation Lab, under the slogan ‘The challenge’, in which the participants discussed how to use innovation to increase employees’ happiness. 

The brainstorming session was attended by Acting CEO of Emirates Post Group Mr. Abdullah Mohammed Al Ashram, Chief of Postal Operations Affairs Mr. Sultan Al Midfa, CEO of Information Technology Mr. Khalid Shahdoor, and Head of Innovation Mr. Ahmed Al Baadi, along with a number of employees.

Mr. Abdullah Al Ashram, while praising the hosting of the brainstorming session, said such programs help germinate new ideas and innovative ways to raise employees’ happiness. He added that the workshop discussed critical themes like how to raise staff happiness in order to boost levels of job satisfaction through a culture of innovation and migration to electronic services. Creative and innovative ideas go a long way in boosting the happiness of society as a whole, he added.
