UAE June 11, 2016 – The Dubai Courts has added a new achievement to its portfolio with the launching of its ‘Quick Transition Service,’ a special facility that provides Armed Forces personnel with instant access to legal and judicial services. Available at the Dubai Courts’ headquarters and at Al Barsha Mall branch, the service is in recognition of and gratitude to the Armed Forces who sacrifice their time, effort, and lives to protect and maintain the security, stability and progress of the nation.
H.E. Tarish Eid Al Mansouri, Director General of the Dubai Courts, said: “This ‘Quick Transactions Service’ for the UAE Armed Forces is just a modest initiative compared to the great sacrifices offered by the valiant men who preserve the UAE’s dignity and enable it to grow as a nation and as a society.” He reiterated that the service represents a new step in the tireless efforts undertaken by the Dubai Courts to ensure an effective judicial system supplemented by innovative services that are easily accessible to everyone and uphold the welfare and happiness of the people of the UAE.
“The UAE’s Armed Forces have proven that they are the protecting shield and guarantor of security and safety of our nation, under the wise leadership of H.H. Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of UAE and Ruler of Abu Dhabi, and H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai. Therefore, it is our foremost duty to offer them with preferential access to affordable and fast services in recognition and appreciation of their great service to the nation. They have answered the call of duty and have dedicated their lives to defend the honor of our nation and to maintain its security and stability,” added H.E. Al Mansouri.
“The Quick Transactions Service for the Armed Forces is a culmination of the success of our high-quality initiatives directed towards the development of judicial and legal services. Our efforts are aimed at improving the customer experience of different social groups and strengthening their confidence in the judicial system at the local and international levels. We hope that the new service will be beneficial for those who are willing to sacrifice anything they have for the sake of our nation. We continue to work to improve the performance, efficiency and quality of our services, based on best practices for achieving our vision of ‘Internationally Pioneering and Distinct Courts,” H.E. Al Mansouri concluded.
