Hosted by Wealth Dynamics Unlimited, the event, which was held on April 24-25, 2016, was graced by the few of savviest brains in the global SME sector, inspiring young and budding entrepreneurs to push the envelope and helping them achieve their dream goal of becoming a millionaire. The Summit was held at The Address Hotel, Dubai Marina.
Speakers from across the globe spoke extensively on a host of topics including making money at stock exchange, creating millionaire mindset, ways to cash in on social media, part-time profitable businesses, generating secondary incomes, psychology of buying and selling, street-smart business tips, personal branding and working on shoestring budgets, among other areas. Focus was also on finding alternate money-making ventures in these uncertain economic times.
Small and Medium Enterprises sector is among the mainstay of UAE economy with more flowing into the market every year. As per Dubai Economic Department (DED) figures, around 22,000 small businesses were established in Dubai alone last year. The number is expected to rise further given the UAE government’s proactive approach to facilitate an economic environment feasible for SMEs’ growth.
Oksana Tashakova, Founder of Wealth Dynamics Unlimited and the organizer of Millionaire Summit said: “The Millionaire Summit, now completing its second edition, has attracted a large number of people from different walks of life, each seeking ways to improve business in the UAE market. While on the one hand, SME sector in Dubai has seen a fantastic growth in the past several years, on the other hand entrepreneurs have had to face a number of challenges, particularly in terms of drawing funds. At the Summit we addressed these issues and tried to find alternate methods of generating lucrative incomes”.
“What people liked about the event was the level of interaction that allowed participants to get thoroughly involved. The fact that most speakers derived examples from real-life experiences which the audience could relate to was also a huge appeal,”added Oksana.
Speaking on the side-lines of the event, Webinar Marketing Authority Steven Essa, said: “Running a business in today’s world is all about multiplying profits out of limited budgets at a global level and this is where webinars are a great tool. The interactive online world is addictive: it’s affordable, it has no boundaries and it’s literally a cash machine. All we have to do is realise its importance and use to it our advantage if we want to succeed. It’s a win-win situation for both parties since your attendees have access to valuable content while you have an unlimited reach to expand your business”.
Besides an educational forum, the Summit also provided opportunity for entrepreneurs, SME owners and those dreaming of their own start-ups to network and forge ties with other professionals and create more business avenues.
