Impact BBDO Dubai takes center stage as ‘AGENCY OF THE YEAR'

Dubai, March 16, 2016 – Impact BBDO Dubai was named ‘AGENCY OF THE YEAR’ at this year’s Dubai Lynx Festival. The Network swept 47 wins comprising of 2 Grand Prix, 12 Gold, 20 Silver and 13 Bronze. Impact BBDO Dubai alone won a grand tally of 30 awards.
The Agency proved it’s mettle beyond traditional media winning the ‘Twitter Live Young Lynx’ competition and multiple trophies in Print, Outdoor, Film, Branded Content & Entertainment, Promo & Activation, PR, Media, Interactive, Mobile and Integrated, proving once more that it is well ahead of the curve across all channels.
The multi-awarded Loto Libanais ‘Goodbye Bad Luck’ campaign won 3 Gold, 2 Silver and a Bronze in Interactive, Integrated, media and film categories. The acclaimed UN Women Give Your Mum Back Her Name campaign won 4 Gold, 4 Silver and 3 Bronze in Promo & Activation, Interactive, PR, Integrated, Media, Direct, Film and Branded Content & Entertainment.
The Radio campaigns BHV Procrastination and Loto Anyone Can Win took 2 Silver and 2 Bronze.
Mercedes-Benz campaigns Tribal Rapport Field Guide, Shepherds Dogs & Sheep as well as Magic Body Control together won 2 Silver and 3 Bronze in Print, Outdoor, Design and Direct.
Impact BBDO Dubai & Beirut’s joint entry 7UP Wall of Music collected 2 Gold and 2 Silver in Media Promo & Activation, Branded Content & Entertainment and Interactive.
In addition to Impact BBDO Dubai, the Pakistan and Tunis offices brought home each a Grand Prix and an enviable line-up of awards. BBDO Lahore won Gold for multi-awarded Not a Bug Splat campaign in Creative Effectiveness, as well as Grand Prix, Gold, Silver & Bronze for ‘The World’ First Billbed’ campaign in Media, PR and Promo & Activation.
BBDO 3SG Tunis won Grand Prix, Silver & 2 Bronze for Samsung Backup Memory, in Mobile and Media categories.
Finally, Impact BBDO Cairo also won Bronze for Chipsy 90 Million Smiles Campaign in Integrated
