RAK Ceramics appoints CSC global IT supports and maintenance provider

UAE, March 16, 2016- RAK Ceramics PSC, one of the world’s largest hi-tech manufacturers of lifestyle ceramics solutions, has awarded CSC, a leading provider of next-generation technology solutions and services, with an exclusive contract to provide Systems Applications Programs (SAP) process transformation and support work over the next three years. This strategic initiative, which will be driven from CSC’s Middle East and Africa (MEA) region, is expected to make RAK Ceramics’ current SAP and service management landscape more agile and responsive to evolving business needs.    

CSC MEA will deliver four integrated service streams to roll out the transformation, namely SAP Process Improvement, User/Knowledge Assessment, Automated Service Desk (SolMan), and Problem Resolution in UAE, India, and Bangladesh. A highly experienced and dedicated team of consultants will be assigned on-site in the three countries plus at CSC’s offshore center in Mumbai, to carry out all essential work.
