Emirates International Property Services Conducts Walk-through Energy Audits for 22 Bloom Properties across UAE

• Walk-through Survey Conducted In Partnership with EMS
• Audit to Validate Energy Efficiency and Environmental Sustainability of Buildings Managed by EIPS

Abu Dhabi-UAE: 13 March, 2016 – Emirates International Property Services (EIPS), a Bloom Holding subsidiary offering a full range of property and integrated facility management services, has conducted walk-through audits for 22 of its properties across the UAE following a comprehensive evaluation of its energy use by Energy Management Services – Emirates (EMS), a leading energy solution provider.

The audit validates the reliability of control procedures undertaken by EIPS to ensure the energy efficiency and environmental sustainability of buildings under its management.

Performed by EMS, the walk-through survey identified energy performances and developed a strategy road map for Bloom Properties to improve the energy efficiency of its buildings and make them greener and more sustainable. 

Potential energy saving methods were identified through an energy consumption analysis conducted by experts from EMS Smart Property Solutions that enabled the creation of a smart facility through the optimization, integration, and automation of energy systems.
