Dubai, March 9, 2016: Emirates Post Group’s "Tejari Box" service offers many value-additions to owners of multiple trade licenses, allowing them to rent a single P.O. Box for all trade licenses issued in the same emirate, provided they are under the same owner’s name.
Chief Commercial Officer of Emirates Post Group Mr. Ibrahim Bin Karam said the Tejari Box service which is available in all 118 post-offices comes with the ‘eShaar’ SMS notification service. Customers are required to choose a P.O. Box bundle for their main trade license, and each addition license will be charged as per P. O. Box Light at the rate of AED 750 per license. Subscribers with 5 trade licenses or more will get one free Mailbag.
Bin Karam explained that the service allows subscribers to appoint an agent authorized by the company for receiving incoming mail on behalf of the company,
Subscribers of "Tejari Box" are entitled to a number of optional services, such as appointing an authorized agent for each P.O. Box, and the "EziMail" service to receive mail on company premises once a week for an annual fee of AED 3,500, three times a week for AED 6000 and six times a week for AED 12,000.
He said the unique service offers companies and businesses the facility of consolidating all mailboxes for receiving mail. At the time of applying for the service, the company is required to produce copies of valid trade licenses of each company registered under the same owner. The application should have the company stamp, and should identify clearly the main company and sub-companies, as well as provide the name of the authorized agent assigned for collecting the company mail.
