Prize winning Head Chef Maksim Tvorogov is at the helm of all culinary activities at Vesna.  A member of the St. Petersburg club of chefs and regular participant on cooking shows such as "Tasty Tips" and "Lunchtime", Maksim is a celebrity chef who whilst new to Dubai, is no stranger to the limelight. He refuses to allow tradition to restrict his imagination and has a tactical approach to researching the origin of each dish, modernizing it and re-introducing it to diners in new and exciting formats.
