Mercer Enters into Strategic Partnership with The Talent Enterprise

Global human resources consultancy ties up with leading local assessment and leadership organization
Dubai, UAE, December 15, 2015: Mercer Middle East has announced that it has entered into a strategic partnership with The Talent Enterprise, a leading employability, assessment and leadership development consultancy based in Dubai. As a human capital ‘think’ and ‘do’ tank, The Talent Enterprise (TTE) has pioneered the creation of innovative solutions for its clients based on a firm foundation of regional research and evidence.
Under the terms of the agreement, global human resources consultancy Mercer, will utilize TTE’s expertise in the areas of Assessment and Leadership for its Talent Business vertical in five GCC countries, while TTE will benefit from Mercer’s regional prominence in HR Consulting services, as well as providing access to Mercer’s additional Health, Retirement and Investment service offerings. The reciprocal arrangement will cover the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain and Kuwait.

Led by Co-Founder and CEO David Jones and based out of Dubai, The Talent Enterprise has built a strong reputation in talent consulting in the Middle East market over the past four years. Its ground-breaking initiatives include the development of the region’s first and only psychometric assessments, known as the ‘Thriving Index’ series, available in Arabic and other languages, to evaluate strengths and motivation of students, employees and job-seekers.

The partnership will see The Talent Enterprise supplying Mercer Middle East with human capital solutions, including Assessments for Recruitment, Career Guidance and Talent Development, Leadership Development, Talent Analytics, Custom Research, and Labor Market Analytics. In turn, Mercer will be delivering services to The Talent Enterprise’s clients, relating to Talent Strategy, Executive Compensation and Rewards, Wider Workforce Rewards, Talent Mobility and HR Transformation.
