Karcher to Display Chemical-Free Steam Machines for use in HORECA Sector

Karcher to showcase solutions for vacuuming ovens during operations at SIAL Middle East 2015
SIAL Middle East 2014 attracted 434 VIP hosted buyers with purchasing power of AED 797mn.Dubai, 6th December 2015-- Karcher, the world leader in innovative cleaning technology solutions is set to participate for the first time in the 6th annual SIAL Middle East. The premier food, beverage, and hospitality event will be held from 7-9 December at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre.
“While our products are well known in the hospitality sector, the connection is usually limited to cleaning interior/exterior surfaces such as ballrooms, lobbies and rooms. The SIAL Middle East provides an opportunity to display our cleaning machines and solutions that can be used in the dynamic and demanding industry of catering companies, food and beverage manufacturers and producers,’’ commented Mr. Richard Nouira, MD of Karcher ME, speaking on Karcher’s motivation to exhibit at the event.
In 2014, SIAL Middle East attracted 27 national pavilions, over 818 exhibitors from 44 countries and, 15,736 attendees from over 82 countries. In 2015 there are additional events included, such as the SIAL World Summit, GCC Roundtables, and others that would increase the number of exhibitors, and attendees.
Karcher will highlight its professional steam machines that requires no chemicals or detergents thereby reducing environmental contaminants and increasing safety, hygiene, and overall environmental sustainability. This is especially beneficial in areas where food and beverages are prepared. Other specific machines such as the special solutions for vacuuming ovens during operation will also be displayed. The Karcher stall will be located at Hall 7 C040.
