Dubai Health Authority and Roads and Transport Authority collaborate in the field of fixed asset management.

Dubai, United Arab Emirates, October 25, 2015: Team members from Dubai Health Authority(DHA) and Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) recently held their second meeting to discuss collaboration in the field of fixed assets management.
The meeting was held at the DHA headquarters and team members from the DHA included Abdul Rahman Ahmed Sultan, assistant director of finance , Mohammad Qamber Matar, head of fixed assets and inventory unit, Mohammed Khaled Fairouz, chief accountant and Abdulla Adil Abdegalil, chief purchasing analyst.
Team members from the RTA included Khalil Al Ali, assistant director of asset management and property, Dr Ali Alyan, fixed asset consultant and Amna Sulaiman.
The two sides discussed best practices in the field of fixed asset management and RTA will assist DHA in implementing the latest international standards in this field.
DHA team members presented the current systems in place for fixed asset management. Based on this, RTA team members will propose a work plan to help implement latest international standards of fixed asset management across DHA entities.
Jassim Al Awadi, CEO of shared support services sector at the DHA presented the RTA team with a memento and highlighted that such collaborative efforts help in transfer of knowledge and implementation of best international practices which is vital for all government entities in Dubai.
