National Pay Partners with Noor Bank to take Prepaid Cards to a New Level

Dubai-UAE: 20 October, 2015 – Dubai based National Pay, in collaboration with Tuxedo Money Solutions, has partnered with Noor Bank to offer the world’s first instantly issued and activated prepaid cards, to the UAE public following a successful industry launch earlier this year.

The MasterCard branded prepaid DubaiCard will be initially available to residents to Dubai from self-service Smart Issuance Kiosks operated by National Pay, located in over 200 convenient locations across shopping malls, public transport locations, government departments and offices across Dubai.

Funds are loaded on to the DubaiCard whilst it is simultaneously personalised and activated – all from the kiosk. The cards are dispensed from the Smart Issuance Kiosk within minutes for instant use in over 37 million locations and 2.1 million ATM’s worldwide where MasterCard is accepted.

DubaiCard and Smart Issuance Kiosks will be showcased at GITEX Technology Week 2015, one of the world’s most influential tech events, that is underway at the Dubai World Trade Centre from 18-22 October.
