Tanagra’s third annual Limited Edition Book of outstanding collector’s items is now available
Dubai, September 16, 2015: When September arrives, discerning collectors and art lovers are spoilt for choice, with a plethora of ideas to reinvent and refresh their interior spaces. For this is the time when Tanagra’s much-coveted Limited Edition Book is launched; offering up a rich collection of the year’s best and most iconic pieces edited and curated by Tanagra experts and symbolic of luxury, exclusivity and style. This year is no exception, with Tanagra’s third Limited Edition Book now available.
A go-to source of inspiration for those in the know, the book features bespoke statement centerpieces and stunningly wrought chandeliers from a selection of the most revered brands at Tanagra, such as Baccarat, Lalique and Daum, and available regionally.
Regional Marketing Director Carla Zaroubi Daaboul says: “This year’s highly anticipated third annual Limited Edition Collection Book of Art de Vivre comes with an exciting added dimension. Not only are we offering a Limited Edition Book display in store for patrons to browse through, we are also providing for the first time, a convenient home service for private viewings of select products.”
The third Tanagra Limited Edition Book showcases the latest collection of stunningly crafted pieces. Chosen to appeal to a variety of tastes and allowing for all kinds of artistic expression, these pieces range from modern bright and bold to classically subtle and sophisticated. As the region’s eminent purveyor of luxury lifestyle art and highly limited collections, Tanagra’s stable of brands – be it Lladro, Bernardaud and Jay Strongwater or Daum, Mazlo, Moser, Gien, Versace or Crystal Benito – are well represented here, much to any connoisseur’s delight.
Among them are collectibles that have been produced exclusively for Tanagra this year. One of these is Baccarat’s Alhambra chandelier, a stunning interpretation of the timeless Zenith icon, taking its inspiration from the Moorish style found in Granada. Blending two emblematic colours, red, the signature shade of Baccarat, with amber, this unique 24-light chandelier celebrates European classicism and Arabian sensibilities. This year, it comes as a limited edition of just 25 pieces available exclusively in the region as part of Baccarat’s 250th anniversary celebrations. Another exclusive-to-Tanagra piece is Christofle’s special edition Malmaison tray; this gleaming, silver plated piece is in the Empire style, one of Christofle’s most historic and recognizable patterns and made after a famous drawing from an old Christofle catalogue circa 1862. Yet another exclusive piece to delight patrons is Moser’s Versailles vase, a uniquely cut and engraved footed bowl. It captures the exceptional handwork of master glass artisans with its regal, classical design and emblematic baroque motifs, and is sure to become a treasured piece for the art collection owner.
The Tanagra Limited Edition Book experience continues at the nearest Tanagra store where the distinctively modern, elegant and luxuriously appointed décor of its new look invites clients to further explore, browse and discover in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. This is all a reflection of Tanagra’s core values: Inspiring, Refined, Editor. Inspiring, in its superbly thoughtful, user-friendly perspective, offering the chance to enjoy the latest trends. Refined, in its artistic approach to curating an exceptional collection that makes the highest standards in art and craft accessible. And last, but not least, Editor, in that each item in store is remarkable for its selection based on industry insights into luxury, art, lifestyle and design.
