Imdaad hosts first session of newly launched ‘Coffee with CEO' initiative

Dubai, July 27, 2015: Imdaad, a leading provider of integrated facilities management solutions in the GCC, hosted recently, its first-ever ‘Coffee with CEO,’ a newly launched initiative providing a platform for an up-close-and-personal interaction between CEO and the company employees. The initiative falls in line with Imdaad’s mission to build a work environment that values, supports and empowers employees of all ranks and departments as well as promote a culture that respects individuals and rewards achievements.
Jamal Abdullah Lootah, Chief Executive Officer, Imdaad, said: “Our teams of creative, innovative and highly valued people are fundamental to our success. Lootah was joined by other senior officials from Imdaad in meeting with the staff over coffee, in which Imdaad’s high-performing staff received the coveted ‘Employee of the Month’ recognition and other appreciation awards. A group of employees, who will be invited to the monthly gathering, will have an opportunity to interact with the CEO in a relaxed atmosphere.
