Toshi, the Grand Millennium Dubai’s popular Pan-Asian Signature Restaurant serving five different cuisines under one roof, is all set to welcome diners once again after a complete makeover. The restaurant will open its doors in the middle of August after an extensive remodeling which has given it a whole new look and feel.
Mr. Peter Mansourian, General Manager of Grand Millennium Dubai, said that after the renovation, the restaurant new interiors will continue to enjoy its relaxing and welcoming ambiance. The exclusive bar area will remain in a perfect complement to the renovated restaurant.
He said, “Diners loved Toshi for its friendly ambiance and invigorating flavors, thus we strive to maintain that, while the interiors have been changed and given a more modern look. The new layout of the restaurant will accommodate up to 120 guests relishing the culinary delights. Guests will have the option of family style dinners, a la carte options and a variety of set menus as well as a Saturday brunch.”
Mansourian expressed confidence that this renovation will reposition Toshi as the most sought-after dining destination, where diners will take full advantage of panoramic views of Dubai skyline. The open kitchen style engages diners in a truly impeccable dining experience.
He added, “Toshi has long been a favorite among locals and visitors alike as it has been serving up a mix of Asian cuisines for years. I am confident that despite this favorable transformation of interiors, diners will continue to find Toshi’s classic dishes on the menu, keeping the same stimulating tastes. The redo will give a better view of the panoramic vista, while live entertainment will further enhance the dining experience.”
