Give back this Ramadan by sharing your unique view on the Holy Month
Dubai, UAE, 30 June 2015: HTC announced its Ramadan campaign, #HTCramadan, which will give winners the opportunity to benefit Habitat for Humanity, an international charity organisation, and win an HTC One M9 just by participating. From the start of Ramadan on June 18 until Eid, HTC invites social media users throughout the Middle East to share images and posts in English, Farsi or Arabic to illustrate one of the themes each week; Family, Time to Pray, Ramadan in my City, and Eid Celebrations.
Participants can submit their entries for the theme of Family between June18 and 24; Time to Pray from June 25 to July 1; Ramadan in My City from July 2 to 8; and Eid Celebrations from July 9 to 15. Each week brings a new theme for participants to engage with, thus giving them more chances to win.
The competition will be conducted across social media platforms; Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. At the end of each week a winner will be announced based on their entries and they’ll walk away with a beautifully designed HTC One M9. In addition, HTC will make a donation in the winner’s name to Habitat for Humanity.
“Ramadan is a time for reflection, and at HTC we invite people from around the region to reflect on what makes Ramadan a special time for them. Our latest campaign, #HTCramadan, aims to bring communities together, and benefit those less fortunate than us,” said Neeraj Seth Head of Marketing for HTC Middle East and Africa. “The campaign will be conducted in three languages, giving everyone in the region an opportunity to participate and win.”
