Al-Futtaim Motors Toyota sponsors Armed Forces Officers Club 19th Open Sports Festival

Held under the patronage of Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates and Minister of Presidential Affairs

United Arab Emirates, Dubai, June 21, 2015: Al-Futtaim Motors, exclusive distributor of Toyota in the UAE, has announced their sponsorship of the 19th Armed Forces Officers Club Open Sports Festival, held under the patronage of Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates and Minister of Presidential Affairs. 

“This is the tenth year running that we have sponsored the Open Sports Festival in association with the Armed Forces Officers Club. This event represents a key activity for us, as it is considered part of the capital’s national heritage. It is indeed a perfect platform for Al-Futtaim Motors to bring friends and family together, as we celebrate 60 years of being an integral part of the fabric of the nation” said Jon Williams, Managing Director of Al-Futtaim Motors. 

Open to the public, and taking place for the duration of the holy month of Ramadan, the sporting activities are expected to attract over 3,000 people throughout the month, with free access provided to all attendees.

Throughout the duration of the festival, Al-Futtaim Motors will be giving away three Toyota vehicles as part of a raffle draw, including a Toyota 86, Toyota Corolla and Toyota Fortuner.
