Heriot-Watt Interior Design & fashion students show off their design skills at the annual Graduate Degree Interior Design & Runway Show

Dubai, UAE – May, 2015: Fashion students at Heriot-Watt Dubai Campus showed off their talent at the annual Graduate Degree Runway Show, which took place on Wednesday, 6th May, in Dubai International Academic City.

Whilst the focus of the event was for graduates, student creations from across the School of Textiles & Design were showcased with University peers, proud parents and industrial partners in attendance.

Students from the School of Textiles & Design held their Graduate Degree Exhibition showcasing their final projects and displaying portfolios for viewing and discussion with guests and industry.

Vanessa Northway, academic head, The School of Textiles & Design, Heriot-Watt Dubai Campus, commented: “This is always a very proud and exciting event at Heriot-Watt Dubai. There is nothing more rewarding for all of us to see the creations our students have designed come to life on the runway and to see final project work and portfolios from Interior Design and Fashion students.

“Our students demonstrated a high level of global design awareness and we hope to see many of our talented and industry skilled designers become successful alumni!”
