Dubai, 05 May 2015 – Desert Snow, the world’s pioneering and leading specialists in winter effects, offers another unique solution to residents of the UAE debuting the renowned areasana® snow rooms to health-conscious individuals and wellness facilities across the country and the region. The areasana® Snow Rooms are purpose built rooms of up to 12 sqm, featuring an automated snowmaking system that produces soft and fluffy real snow from just air and water 365 days a year.

It is traditional in Finland, the home of the Sauna, to take an invigorating roll in snow when the heat of the sauna becomes uncomfortable. The areasana® method is based on Dr. Christian Thuile’s method of hot and cold interplay. The benefits of the sauna are greatest when the experience of warmth is paired with a subsequent cooling down phase. The combination of dry cold and real snow in the areasana® snow room provides a wholesome and gentle atmosphere to cool down in.
