IMD faculty members, including Program Director Professor Howard Yu, led the management training for Albatha’s 50 top executives and some invited guests from Government and Industry.
“This program with IMD was an important step towards Albatha becoming a ‘learning organization’ that enables us to continue pursuing our strategy for growth while professionalizing ourselves. Albatha earlier this year also conducted more than 100 training sessions in 3 days for over 6,100 employees across the group companies during the annual Albatha Learning Festival 2015. Especially, the individual coaching sessions allowed executives to examine and develop their respective strategies. It was a great learning exercise for us as well. The Middle East is a exciting market and it’s a privilege that IMD has such collaboration”.
