Saqr has over 15 years of experience in senior and leadership human capital and talent acquisition roles in prestigious and highly recognized government and quasi-government organizations in the UAE, where he spent eight years in the Emirates Telecommunication Corporation – Etisalat and Seven years in The Executive Council of Dubai Government.
