The Ajman Palace Hotel’s culinary team has prepared a new and exciting main course dish as well as a tantalizing dessert for diners to relish when they join the restaurant for lunch or dinner during the month of April. The Dish of the Month for April is the meticulously crafted ‘Garlic Lemon Chicken Wings,’ while ‘Strawberry Cheesecake’ is the Dessert of the Month.

The original recipe of the Dish of the Month “Garlic Lemon Chicken Wings” is technically  from America, but the chef inspired by Arabic spices has changed it a little bit and added garlic and other spices in order to appease diners with a fondness for Arabic cuisine.
