The Ajman Palace Hotel’s culinary team has prepared a new and exciting main course dish as well as a tantalizing dessert for diners to relish when they join the restaurant for lunch or dinner during the month of April. The Dish of the Month for April is the meticulously crafted ‘Garlic Lemon Chicken Wings,’ while ‘Strawberry Cheesecake’ is the Dessert of the Month.
Mr. Ferghal Purcell, General Manager of The Ajman Palace Hotel, said that every month head chef at the hotel chooses his favourite dish from the upcoming menu to surprise diners with the product of their culinary experiment.
He said, “Every month our culinary team creates an exceptional main course dish as well as a dessert to ensure an amazing dining experience. The rich preparation is real treat for food connoisseurs. Those who fancy a taste, must book themselves in for a treat.”
The original recipe of the Dish of the Month “Garlic Lemon Chicken Wings” is technically from America, but the chef inspired by Arabic spices has changed it a little bit and added garlic and other spices in order to appease diners with a fondness for Arabic cuisine. The juicy meat with garlic and lemon makes this dish very special and tasty. Add this to your order just for AED69.
Dessert of the Month, Strawberry Cheesecake, is another astonishing dish. It may not be the season of strawberry in the UAE, but that doesn’t mean you can’t get a taste of this tropical fruit. Besides delicious taste of strawberry, what makes this cheesecake special is the soft and melting cheese inside the unusually crispy cake that is used as platform for cheese. Relish this unique item just for AED39.
