Dubai, United Arab Emirates, April 5, 2015: The Director General of the Dubai Health Authority, HE Eng. Essa Al Maidoor, recently today HE Eng. Hussain Nasser Lootah, Director-General of Dubai Municipality and Chairman of the Health and Safety Committee of the Dubai Executive Council, at the DHA headquarters.
The aim of the meeting was to discuss means of cooperation and ways to strengthen collaboration between the two government entities with an aim to carry out initiatives that help improve the health status of the population of the emirate.
Al Maidoor highlighted that the Authority is keen to offer its expertise and that through exchange-of-information and discussion; the two sides can continue to collaborate on various aspects of health and safety.
The two sides discussed the importance of further improving health status of the population and protecting public health and safety which are fundamentally important.
The two sides also highlighted the importance of cooperation between all government entities to achieve the vision set by the leaders of Dubai and the UAE.
