emt partners with leading Australian University to offer free online course for channel

emt Distribution, the specialty IT security products distributor today announced that its education and training arm, emt Academy has tied up with Australian’s leading university, Charles Sturt University (CSU) to offer free online course for its preferred channel partner on virtualisation.
CSU is located in New South Wales, Victoria, Australia and it is country’s fifth largest university offering around 400 courses to approximately 38,000 students worldwide. CSU is highly respected and consistently ranks as having one of the highest graduate employment rates of any Australian university. Our high quality courses are delivered with an emphasis on workplace integrated learning; ensuring graduates are skilled to succeed in their chosen industry.
The online course capsule tailored to suits all the aspects of virtualization and it consists of in-depth study of virtualisation and the key advantages of VMWare and Microsoft virtualisation. The course Introduce virtualized data centers and will highlight the main components of the virtualized data centre.
The course will focus on how to configure and manage data centre in Microsoft or VMWare respective environments. The course curriculum also includes creating virtual machines, virtual machine hardware, and virtual machine files, deploying a virtual machine. There will be a webminar from the faculty of CSU in Australia.

The successful candidates after completing the course will also be awarded certification from Charles Sturt University, which will further enhance the credibility of our channel partners and boosts the confidence of their customers to work with them,” added Mobasseri
Regionally the course will administered by the CISO for emt Distribution, Erdal Ozkaya. Erdal is an IT Security Guru and is armed with world class qualifications, such as Master of Information Systems Security, Microsoft Certified Trainer, Microsoft Certified Leaning Consultant, ISO27001 Consultant, Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Certified Ethical Instructor, and had been the resident lecturer at Charles Strut University earlier.
He is also a globally recognised award winning speaker and technical expert and has been part of several major conferences such as; Microsoft TechEd, Hacker Halted, Microsoft Management Summit, AusCERT, trade shows and have featured in webcasts for Microsoft and EC-Council and many other vendors. He was awarded “Best Speaker” in TechEd Australia and won the "Circle of Excellence Award" from EC Council.
Commenting on this unique initiative, Erdal stated, “It is a rare feet, that emt has achieved to enable channel to grow faster by powering them with such a specialised course free of cost to its partners. Virtualisation is a very specialized area and very few partners are equipped with right knowledge and skill sets to implement large projects or sell virtualised solutions. The first course will commence from February 2015, and all the authorised channel partners of emt Distribution from UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Egypt and Kuwait will be eligible to avail this opportunity.
