Restaurant serving 4 world cuisines under one rooftop opens doors in Downtown Dubai

Dubai, UAE, February 15, 2015: 1Holding is proud to announce the official opening of a new restaurant - IV Quattro - in the heart of Dubai in the boulevard of Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid. With a perfect blend of 4 world cuisines - French, Italian, Spanish and Brazilian – as reflected in the name Quattro, the restaurant offers exceptional dining experience.

Located in the most prestigious surroundings of Dubai offering a spectacular view of Burj Khalifa from the terrace, IV Quattro gives a new interpretation to traditional Western cuisine. From traditional black & white décor redesigned into a modern style to original European dishes with a signature touch. The a la carte menu boasts a wide selection of exquisite French, Italian and Spanish dishes which cater to any taste even of most demanding foodies. Moreover, it is the only place in Downtown to serve original Brazilian Churrasco – a set of various types of freshly grilled meat in addition to 3 side orders.

Among “must try” dishes on the menu recommended by the Chef are:

• Paella Marisco – traditional seafood rice cooked with saffron, mussels, scallops, clams, shrimps & prawns 
• Tournedos Rossini – beef tenderloin with mushrooms & fig sauce, topped with foie gras & truffle oil
• Salmone alla Griglia – marinated salmon grilled and served with potatoes under spinach sauce topped with roasted pine nuts

IV Quattro is a dining destination open throughout the day for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Business lunches and family brunches are expected soon.

The venue has an impressive seating capacity of around 200, both indoors and outdoors making it a perfect choice for any private or corporate event.

The restaurant is open to welcome guests from 7.30 am till midnight from Saturday to Wednesday while working an extra hour till 1 am on Thursday and Friday.
