Paris Gallery awards 88.2 million dirhams to customers in a year through Luxury Club
[Dubai, February 11, 2015] It has been more than a year since leading luxury retailer Paris Gallery rolled out the Luxury Club, and more than 88 million dirhams worth of loyalty points have been awarded to members. With a 11% growth rate, the Luxury Club is one of the most successful and fast growing loyalty programs in the UAE. The Luxury Club is a uniquely tailored program, and caters to customers of retail brands Paris Gallery and Watch Gallery, the latter being a dedicated specialty retail concept for watches, offering connoisseurs exquisite timepieces in a luxurious boutique environment. The Luxury Club was fashioned to enhance shopper experience, and today has more than 233,000 registered members.
The program goes beyond any loyalty marketing stereotypes, and members enjoy both the luxury of superior customer service and high-value reward points. For the retailer, it is about creating and delivering a luxurious experience every time its customers shop at its stores.
There are three membership tiers in the Luxury Club: Silver, Gold and Platinum. Members begin with Silver and graduate to higher tiers as annual purchase values increase. Members receive 3% up to 34% of their purchase as redemptions points, which can be redeemed on a wide range of luxury products. Every Luxury Club point is worth a dirham. The points can also be redeemed for Luxury Club gift vouchers.
