Emirates Post Group toopennew Post Office building in Al Bada'a area on Sunday

The new post office is located behind Shangri-la Hotel on Sheikh Zayed Road

Dubai, January, 2015: Emirates Post Group will be opening its newest post office in Al Bada’a area, just behind Shangri-la Hotel, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai (next to Canadian University of Dubai).

Mr. Ibrahim Bin Karam, Chief Commercial Officer of Emirates Post Group, saidthe purpose-built building represents a major qualitative shift inthe delivery of postal services, with a focus on better customer service.
He added that the new Post Office is in tune with the strategic operational plan of Emirates Post Group, which is aligned to the UAE's strategy to elevate customer service and with the ‘happiest people’ initiative. He said the construction model has taken into consideration all future requirements,including expansion of services and facilities. The post office has a facility for 16,000 P.O. Boxes with a provision for further expansion, when required.

The post office has 7 counters for postal services, as well as management offices on the ground floor. The first floor houses the operations section and sorting areas.  The building provides parking for customers as well as Emirates Post staff.
