The Emirates Group concludes its National Service Career Fair participation on a high note

Dubai, UAE, 17 July 2026: The Emirates Group concluded its participation in the 2026 National Service Career Fair this week. Held at the Dubai Exhibition Centre (DEC), Expo City Dubai, from 15 to 17 July, the event aims to foster a welcoming environment for National Service Programme cadets and graduates to engage with organisations across a range of industries, including the Emirates Group.
His Excellency Major General Khalifa Rashed Al Hameli, Director of the Office of the Minister of Defence, visited the Emirates Group stand as part of a ministerial delegation touring the exhibition. He was welcomed by Khaled Alobeidli, Manager of Human Resources Recruitment, who provided an overview of the career opportunities available to candidates at the stand.
Over the three-day event, the Emirates Group welcomed 2300 visitors to its stand. The National Cadet Pilot Programme generated the highest level of interest, with 1300 applications received from prospective candidates.
Other programmes and career opportunities showcased during the event included the Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Licence (AMEL) Programme, International Scholarship Programme, IT Scholarship Programme, National Scholarship Programme, Outstation Programme, and Graduate Programme.
Through its dedicated stand, recruiters and Emirati employees representing various businesses, the Emirates Group provided visitors with insights into the Group's wide range of career pathways and training opportunities, catering to diverse academic qualifications and professional aspirations.
The Emirates Group's continued participation in the National Service Career Fair reflects its ongoing commitment to supporting the UAE's Emiratisation agenda. By joining career fairs, organising school outreach initiatives, forums, and other engagement activities for the national community, the Group seeks to empower Emiratis to pursue rewarding careers in the travel and aviation sector, a key contributor to the UAE's long-term economic growth and development objectives.
