Roja Parfums United Arab Emirates — A Perfume to Celebrate UAE's 43rd National Day

[Dubai, December 13, 2014] Roja Parfums launches the United Arab Emirates perfume in the UAE in celebration of the country’s 43rd National Day. Roja Dove, the master perfumer, is dedicating this perfume to the people of the UAE, calling it a perfume that captures the Middle Easterner’s devotion to fragrances and honouring the UAE’s deep-rooted love for perfumes. The perfume is exclusively available at Paris Gallery stores in the UAE. 

“I spent three years working in the Middle East where I became fascinated with the odours I encountered. A luxurious exoticism carried itself in the air, which was rich, complex, and full of volume. In over thirty years of training, I had never come across a culture which held perfume so close to its heart — the ritual of scenting was engrained as part of everyday life. This unsurpassed passion cast a spell on me; I fell in love with the perfumes of the Middle East and the people who wore them.

Bergamot and Artemisia create a fresh foil for a bouquet of Jasmine, Ylang-Ylang, Geranium, and a dominant note of Rose Taif, further freshened by Blackcurrant Bud, where a blend of Clove Buds, Pink Pepper, and Cumin add their liveliness, the whole sublimated by the warmth of Guaiac and Aoud Woods, Patchouli, Oakmoss, and Cypriol, nestling on an ultra-soft, sensual base of Benzoin, incense, Labdanum, Cistus, Musk, and Civet.
