du extends deadline for #Narzif competition to 14 December 2014
Dubai, UAE, 11 December 2014: Overwhelmed by the response to its social media #Narzif contest in celebration of UAE’s 43rd National Day that was launched on its YouTube channel (theduchannel), du has extended the deadline for submissions to 14 December.
du is encouraging social media users to create their own version of this National Day video, for the chance to win AED 20,000. Videos can either be a recreation of du’s Narzif song in the background or the creators can show off their singing or photography skills! Entries can be submitted via the hashtag #Narzif on Instagram, video channels such as YouTube, Vimeo and so on, or with the link shared on Twitter or through their Facebook accounts.
Five winners will be chosen from the participations with the #Narzif hashtag, and each will win a prize of AED 20,000.
Participants can upload their videos and stills:
• On Instagram using #Narzif. Make sure that the account is not private
• Upload it to your preferred channel (such as YouTube, Vimeo, etc) and share the link in Twitter using #Narzif.
• Upload it to your Facebook account or page using #Narzif
• du accepts both solo and group performances.
Winners will be chosen based on creativity, uniqueness of idea and the quality of video recording. The judging panel will comprise senior members from du’s Brand and Communications department, as well as from advertising and media agencies across the region.
