First artisan café and bakery in Dubai Silicon Oasis opens its doors

Dubai, UAE, 26 November 2014: A trendy and contemporary café and bakery is the latest addition to the booming Dubai Silicon Oasis district. 

Java Jolt, which launched in August, is arguably the finest café in the neighbourhood, and is conveniently located in the heart of the free zone. Catering to both office workers and residents, it serves an array of speciality coffees freshly prepared using 100 per cent organic, hand-roasted beans. 

A wide range of coffees isn’t the only treat on offer, however. In addition, delectable delights including a variety of organic teas, bagels, muffins, salads and sandwiches grace the menu – with bread baked on-site using organic whole-wheat flour. Where possible food is prepared using organic and natural ingredients. 

The café’s stylish décor features real wooden furniture and an impressive full length, floor-to-ceiling glass window which leads to a spectacular terrace for al fresco relaxation. Modernistic paintings and photographs from UAE-based artists bedeck the walls, adding to the ambience – and there is also designated reading corner with popular titles on the shelves.

Commenting on the opening, Jenny Taylor-Gallagher, Java Jolt’s Marketing Manager said “There are only a handful of eateries in the Dubai Silicon Oasis area and we wanted to provide something different for the people who work and live in the area.”
