Decathlon Dubai hosts an event to discuss the advantages of being fit and fine

While the benefits of fitness and sports abound, not many of us are aware of them and an even fewer number actually know what sport would suit them most! Well worry not, because prominent sports retailer, Decathlon is your steady companion on the quest to becoming fit! With this promise in mind, the notable brand hosted an exciting event in Dubai to enlighten guests about the importance of fitness in our daily lives and the fitness program that would suit them best. Held on the 13th of October at the Decathlon store in Mirdiff City Centre, the event witnessed the attendance of a team of fitness experts who met with select media persons from the country. 

Titled ‘Decathlon, your personal guide to well-being,’ the event kicked off in the morning with invitees making their way to the store for a day of fun and fitness. As they arrived, each guest was treated to a personalized hour-long meeting with the team of health specialists who detailed exercises and fitness regimes that were tailor-made for them.  Once each session culminated, the guest was taken on a comprehensive tour of the store by the brand manager which allowed them to discover the plethora of sporting products housed under one roof. The day was also colored with different surprises for the attendees!
