Dubai, 31 October 2014: Gulf Bike Week, the United Arab Emirates’ premier festival for bike lovers, opened its doors today as hordes flocked to witness the biggest showcase of automotive entertainment in town.
Taking place at the Dubai Media City Amphitheatre until Saturday 1 November, Gulf Bike Week 2014, powered by Discovery Channel, is already shaping up to be its most successful year yet with an exciting line-up of attractions, competitions and performances across the course of the festival offering something for everyone.
So far visitors have been wowed by highlights such as the jaw-dropping Globe of Death and thrilling performances by stunt rider Julien Welsch, all presented on the Maxxis Live Action Arena by Discovery Channel favourite Mike Brewer, but that’s just the start. Over the next two days there’s much more to come, including the Custom Bike Competition hosted by world-renowned industry judge Frank Sander, as well as the famous Thunder Parade setting off from Dubai Media City on Friday 31 October in what is set to be an amazing spectacle of power and urban culture.
Plus, with all the latest bikes on display each day from the likes of Harley-Davidson, Yamaha and Victory and performances from some of the best music acts around on our two dedicated music stages, there are so many reasons not to miss out on Gulf Bike Week!
Tickets are 90AED on-the-door with kids under 12 enjoying free entry when accompanied by an adult ticket holder.
