Al Khoory Automobiles relocates its commercial vehicles service centre to Ras Al Khor, Dubai

DUBAI-October 20, 2014: Al Khoory Automobiles, UAE’s leading motor vehicles dealer under Al Khoory Group of Companies, relocated its commercial vehicles Service Centre dedicated to Yutong and King Long brands, to Ras Al Khor industrial area in Dubai. The Service Centre was previously located on Airport Road in Deira.

The new facility has been set up with bigger premises covering an area of 49,716 square feet, with two separate divisions for the Yutong and King Long vehicles. 

Al Khoory Automobiles is the UAE’s exclusive distributors of a range of international automobile vehicles including Yutong luxury coaches, King Long minivans, in addition to Subaru passenger cars. Al Khoory Automobiles has been successfully selling Yutong luxury coaches and King Long mini vans to companies that cater to the UAE’s tourism industry; as well as schools, universities and various employee transportation providers. 

The inaugural ceremony was attended by Al Khoory Group Chairman Mr. Mohammed Tayyeb Khoory; Managing Director Mr. Mohammed MT Khoory; Directors Mr. Abdullah MT Khoory and Mr. Hamed MT Khoory; General Manger of Al Khoory Automobiles Mr. Nayyar Zaidi; Middle East Service Supervisor of Yutong China Overseas Department Mr. Andy Chau; general managers, department heads, and staff members of various divisions under Al Khoory Group.

Commenting on relocation of the Service Centre, Mr. Xxxxx Xxxxxxx – Xxxxx Xxxxxx at Al Khoory Automobiles, said, “We are happy to announce the shifting of our commercial service centre to Ras Al Khor industrial area, aimed at adding great value to the services being provided to our existing and new customers. Set up in a conveniently accessible location with full body shop facility, technically advanced tools and equipment, the new Service Centre has the capability to double the service handling, as compared to the previous facility.” 

“The new centre will handle a range of services including preventive maintenance services, engine overhaul, electrical repairs, body polishing, denting and painting, overall vehicle refurbishment and school bus conversion. The Centre also offers all kinds of insurance and repair jobs, in addition to 24-hour break down attendance to customers,” he added. 

Yutong is the world’s largest bus manufacturer, and King Long – the rapidly growing manufacturer from China - specializes in manufacturing, sales and R&D of buses, coaches and vans. The King Long mini vans comprise of 15 seats passenger vans and 3-5 seats panel and half-panel vans.
