First Semester of Emirates ID Authority CBP Program Completed Successfully.
The First batch of The Professional Diploma of Enhancing Customer Service program passed the first semester exam successfully. This program was – developed by TRACK Learning Solutions and accredited by the International Business Training Business Association IBTA - is a modern tailor - made and sophisticated study aims to improve the customer service at the Emirates Identity Authority EIDA; and contains the theories, methods, mechanisms and activities to raise the level of skills and knowledge that ameliorate the customer service staff.
The Diploma targets the front lines dealers, agents, call centers operators and administrations from various sectors, all brought together by the desire to increase the knowledge and skills development to insure the customer satisfaction.
Diploma duration is 115 training hours including both the theoretical and practical aspects.
As TrackLS Used to develop special programs that match the employee’s needs simultaneously applying the international standards of training, like our program (Emirate’s Government Service Excellence Program) which develop for the Prime Minister office-UAE, and (The Professional Diploma in Excellence in Customer Services) which developed for the Ministry of Interior-UAE. We succeed to cover the MENA region and develop more than program to different governmental and private institutions, by special content and high level of quality principles which applied to monitor the outcome of the training. By these TrackLS take part of its responsibilities in the process of developing the training standards in the Middle East and North Africa Market.
