Emirates Post Group felicitates outstanding employees under "Kafu Alek" initiative

Dubai, June 24, 2014: Emirates Post Group felicitated its outstanding employees under the newly launched “Kafu Alek” initiative at a ceremony held at the Group’s head office in Dubai, attended by Mr. Fahad Al Hosani, Acting CEO of Emirates Post Group, in the presence of CEOs of the Group, senior officials and staff, along with a delegation from Dubai Police led by Brigadier General Ahmad Khalfan Al Mansouri, Director of Emergency Department and Head of Creators Club in Dubai Police.
During the ceremony, Mr. Al Hosani acknowledged the role of the outstanding employees in raising productivity and stressed the importance of the performance appraisal system and its role in raising productivity, as it relates to annual increment and incentive bonus based on financial performance, which forms part of the Group’s adoption of modern management concepts.
He added, "Honoring outstanding employees helps ignite the spirit of competition among employees, boosts their creativity and motivates everyone to work toward skills development.” During the ceremony, ten outstanding employees from Customer Service were selected to perform ‘Umra’ during Ramadan.
Mr. Sami Al Khaja, CEO of Support Service, acknowledged the winners’ contribution and commitment, which translated into excellent corporate results. He added that employees are the most precious asset of the Group, and hailed their exceptional performance levels every day.
