Gold's Gym UAE opens a 10,000 sq. ft. facility in Reef Mall with special introductory memberships

10,000 sq. ft. facility offers group classes, personal training and free parking
Gold’s Gym UAE, the largest international gym chain in the world and part of the Al Ahli Holding group in the UAE, has announced the opening of it’s new fitness facility in Reef Mall in Deira, Dubai.
The new mixed-use facility, open to both men and women, will cover one of the busiest areas in old Dubai an entertaining mix of fitness and wellbeing classes including Gold’s Group Exercise (GGX), Personal Training and Group Training. Other sessions include Body Jam, Body Combat, Hip-Hop, Body Pump, Body Balance and Yoga. A hard driving indoor cycling studio and special classes for kids complement the mix.
“We’re targeting different areas of the city in our drive to promote an active lifestyle. The Gold’s Gym UAE club in Reef Mall follows a contemporary design and spreads over 10,000 sq. ft. to provide an excellent atmosphere for members to work out in and discover their true potential” said Nitesh Seebran – Chief of Operations, GG UAE.
The Reef Mall Gold’s Gym offered special introductory memberships to fitness enthusiasts across Dubai. The Gym caters to professional athlete requirements while staying approachable and family-friendly.
