Celebrate Easter at Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah
Last Update: Wednesday, April 2, 2014 : 16:21 (+4GMT)
A splendid Easter Village comes to life at Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah with green rolling hills, chocolate flowing rivers, baby bunnies, bespoke chocolate eggs and skies filled with lollipops
The award winning culinary team at the Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah have created an enchanted wonderland of green rolling hills, Easter bunnies, lollipops seemingly floating in the sky, rivers of chocolate and an abundant collection of Easter eggs in the lobby.
The Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah has embraced the Easter spirit with an impressive countryside scene evoking childhood memories. Up from 17th to 21st April.
Walk along grassy pathways through this magical wonderland, take a break at the side of the chocolate lake or just gaze at the whimsical fairy-tale vision that has been created by the talented culinary team.
The team are creating delightfully bespoke Easter eggs; choose a symbol of love to be encapsulated in chocolate – a diamond ring perhaps, a personal note, a gift for the children or a family photograph. Each Easter egg is lovingly hand-made from an age old recipe or can be spiced up with a little bit of chilli or a particular coco favourite.
Qasr al Bahar has a tempting feast at lunch time, where friends and families can join together for delectable delicacies overlooking the Arabian Sea. Or perhaps take the opportunity of a beautifully prepared and presented hamper for a picnic at home or on the beach.
Children can take part in the exciting Bunny Treasure Hunt based from the Kids Club whilst they burn off the calories from devouring all of the chocolate from the spectacular village!
Not only can guests experience the wonderland, but special rates and offers can be found on the website www.waldorfastoria.com with up to 30% off!
