Reebok and LES MILLS Celebrate first 2014 Super Quarterly Workshop

Dubai: Thursday 27th, March 2014: Worldwide Leading Group Fitness Programmer LES MILLS™ and leading sports brand Reebok held their first 2014 Group Fitness event and Instructor quarterly workshop on Friday 21st March hosted by MEFITPRO, the agent for LES MILLS™ in the Middle East Region and in conjunction with Talise Fitness, Jumeirah’s latest fitness club chain. 
 
Over 1600 LES MILLS instructors travelled to Dubai to participated in the quarterly workshop in which Master Classes were presented by LES MILLS™ Master Trainers on scientifically backed and proven classes such as BODYPUMP™ which is one of the world's fastest ways to get in shape as it challenges all of your major muscle groups while you squat, press, lift and curl and RPM™ training, the indoor cycling workout performed to the rhythm of powerful music, where a team coach pushes participants through terrains, time trials and interval training.
 
LES MILLS™ programs are updated every three months with new choreography, music and instructor education to ensure they are fresh, up to date and in line with the latest research to create group exercise experiences enjoyed by millions around the world.
